Pro PHP-GTK SQL File

The source code available for Pro PHP-GTK from the Apress site is missing the SQL needed to get started with the demo application. I will try to get the source code updated ASAP. Until then, the file can downloaded here.

    I am able to run the onforce client desktop with my php-gtk2 but the Crisscott sample application of your book does not work

    The source is either buggy or incomplete

    Can you help us with working source?
